Interlocutory Applications

All interlocutory applications are by way of a Notice of Motion and are determined by way of written submissions. An interlocutory application shall not be originated before a petition of appeal or a reference is filed with the Court. Applications together with written submissions shall be served within 7 days of filing and responses filed thereafter within 7 days of service. The applicant, upon service of the response, shall file a rejoinder which may include supplementary submissions within 7 days thereof.
