Registry Overview

The Registry of the Supreme Court of Kenya is the administrative arm of the court established under the Supreme Court Act and Rules. It is the interface between the court and litigants, the public, and other justice sector institutions.

The Registry is responsible for receiving and processing all court filings, maintaining the official court records, managing the cause list, issuing certified copies of judgments and orders, and facilitating the overall administrative functions of the court.

Under the leadership of the Registrar, the Registry is staffed by experienced legal and administrative professionals committed to ensuring efficient, transparent and accessible court services in line with the constitutional values of accountability and public participation.
