The Supreme Court Lecture Circuits is an educational outreach initiative launched by the Supreme Court of Kenya. Originally introduced as part of the “Supreme Court @ 12” milestones, the series embeds the apex court’s judges directly into the academic calendar of Kenyan law schools to engage students, faculty, and the public.
The lecture circuits are designed to Demystify the Law: Break down complex legal themes and clarify how the highest court interprets the Constitution of Kenya (2010). Provide Professional Mentorship: Build baseline legal capacities, public trial advocacy, and career morale among law students. Foster Academic Discourse: Open up critical, collaborative feedback loops between active legal practitioners and academic scholars.
The Supreme Court of Kenya is convening public lectures as part of its ongoing Lecture Circuit Series 2026 from 15th September 2026. The upcoming sessions feature high-profile addresses by apex court judges.
